My grandpa said that the bamboo garden is the perfect place to photograph while dressed in Hmong. At the garden was a few replicas of common traditional bamboo homes from Laos and other places of the world.
The information near the home was titled, “La Maison Hmong, The Hmong House”
“This kind of living is mainly found in the mountains where Hmong people have settled. The architecture is directly inspired by Chinese architecture: one floor house with a ‘tortoise shell’ roof. Structure is simple and organized around the center.”
